This program is designed to help you make simple long-term, significant improvements to your diet & lifestyle that will allow you to maintain a healthy body, body confidence and mood & energy.
6-Month Group Health Coaching
If you need a more affordable option, groups are great because they offer additional accountability and support. Friend Power Over Will Power! You can join alone, with a friend or create your own group!
*Each program requires a minimum six month commitment.
Together we will:
- Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
- Create your personal blueprint
- Decipher your body’s unique needs
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change
What you get:
- Two 50-minute sessions per month
- Email support between sessions
- Simple healthy recipes
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals
- All coaching sessions are held over the phone or video conferencing.
- There are a limited number of in-person sessions available for NYC residents only.
