Health Coaches understand that relationships, exercise, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat, therefore I take a holistic approach to support the whole person.
Mental Health Counselors are highly-skilled professionals with national standards for education, training and clinical practice. Counseling is a health care service and is usually reimbursable through health insurance policies. Mental Health Counselors identify, diagnosis, and treat mental and nervous disorders. Counselors combine traditional psychotherapy, with a practical problem solving approach that provides a efficient path of change and problem resolution.
Life Coaches partner with their clients to design the life, career or business, by developing and implementing strategies to reach client-identified goals to enhance their performance and personal satisfaction. By creating clarity, coaching moves the client into action, accelerating their progress by providing greater focus and awareness of all of the possibilities. Programs and Services:1.
