Glamping at River Mountain offered a serene environment conducive to relaxation, effectively alleviating stress. The soothing sounds of nature and the absence of urban distractions facilitated a mental detox, creating a sense of calmness and peace during our stay.
- Exercise – Boss Chick Dance Workout and Glamping Yoga
Physical well-being was a priority at the glamping retreat. We stayed active while also reconnecting with our bodies and energy levels thanks to thrilling Boss Chick Dance Workouts and restorative Glamping Yoga lessons. As much fun as we had, fitness became a joyful aspect of the glamping experience, helping to boost our mood and overall well-being.
- Good Night’s Sleep in Yurt and Glamping Pods
Quality sleep is fundamental to mental and physical health. The yurts and pods at River Mountain provided us a comfortable and cozy retreat for a restful night’s sleep. We are confident that the quality of sleep we had during the retreat improved our overall well-being and mental clarity.
- Beautiful Surroundings
We were totally in awe and captivated by what lay before us! Furthermore, we rekindled our connection with the healing power of Mother Nature. The breathtaking surroundings not only provided a picturesque backdrop for self-reflection and relaxation but also immersed us in such beauty, renewing our spirits and prompting contemplation.
- Hiking
Exploring the hiking trails around River Mountain allowed us to connect with nature and engage in physical activity. Hiking not only boosted our physical fitness but also uplifted our moods and enhanced our mental well-being.
- Hot Tub – Cedar Hot Soaking Tubs
One of the highlights of the retreat was indulging in the Cedar Hot Soaking Tubs. Sourced from the same spring water found in 14 natural springs on the property, these tubs offered a refreshing experience. The warm water, coupled with the therapeutic properties of the spring, provided relief to sore muscles and induced a state of blissful relaxation.
Quick Info – Hot tubs are especially effective for relieving muscle soreness and stiffness. Warm water and jets can enhance blood flow to the muscles, reducing discomfort and speeding up recovery after physical activity. Hot tubs have also been proved to help reduce stress and anxiety, which is very important when attempting to unwind and relax during a glamping trip.
- Honey Tasting
The retreat also included a unique honey-tasting experience. This activity gave a touch of sweetness to the entire glamping experience, contributing to a positive and enjoyable ambiance. It was also rich in flavor and reminded us of its health benefits.
