That’s right!!! This month is dedicated to reminding us all about the importance of taking care of ourselves, something that often gets pushed to the back burner as we juggle work, family, and other responsibilities.

But first, try to imagine this: You’re a busy professional juggling a demanding job, family commitments, and social obligations. Your days are packed from morning to night, and by the time you get home, you’re too exhausted to do anything for yourself. 

Weekends are no better—you’re either catching up on chores or working on side projects. Sound familiar? 

The reality is that self-care often takes a back seat to everything else, and before you know it, you’re running on empty.
